| In the summer of 2002 after living in my first home for over 5 years, I wanted to put my house on the market to sell. I really wanted to move to a new location and into a home that accomodated me. My work schedules left little time for both the house sale procedures and the house hunting. I listed with Trish Kellogg to work with me. Within the week, she had the "for sale" sign in my yard and the paperwork was in the works. Trish returned every call I made to her - I couldn't have asked for better communication. Within a month, my house got an offer and she prepared me for the closing. While my house was listed for sale, she also found the perfect home for me to live in. Trish knew that my time and money were an issue. Handling the two transactions (selling and buying) alone, would have been a nightmare for me.
