Our Rewards Program
As a valued member of our exclusive program, we can save you thousands of dollars when buying and selling your next home! Enrollment is free and begins once you e-mail my team and tell us you want to be part of the Rewards Program or when you sign a Buyer Brokerage Agreement and/or Listing Agreement with my team. We will need a few things from you to get started. Receive a 1/4 percentage point discount for every referral* you supply my team. The rules of the Rewards Program are as follows:
- Referrals and sales are counted toward the Program once a sales transaction is complete and funded.
- In order to receive the discount certificates, the referral you supply must actually list their home with my team or use my team as their Buyer Broker in the purchase of their new property.
- Once enrolled, you will receive a Membership Card in the mail. Everytime you refer or sell with us after the first transaction is complete and funded, you will receive a discount certificate for 1/4 percentage point off your next transaction.
- You can use up to six (6) discount certificates in a single transaction.
- Certificates do not expire
- Certificates cannot be transferred to another party
- Certificates are redeemable only through my team (Trish Kellogg)
