Trish Kellogg
As a third generation Realtor, Trish has accumulated years of experience through her family's Florida real estate brokerages and her day-to-day operations in the Atlanta market.
After graduating from the University of Florida in 1992 she moved to her new home, Atlanta. She has a wealth of information on the Atlanta area, staying abreast on information regarding Lake Lanier, new communities, area schools/services, county/state government projects as well as current/future residential and commercial development plans. In order to stay on top, she regularly attends many of the County Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners Meetings.
Trish's background in marketing is extensive due to her studies and employment with ad agencies, printers and Fortune 500 companies. This has given Trish the knowledge of positioning her listings from all others, which means she generates high-foot traffic and quick transactions as compared to other Realtors. Her average days on market is 46!!! She prefers to invest marketing dollars on the properties that she lists, not on self-promotion.

She is an active participant in Forsyth; a member of the Chamber of Commerce, participating in Leadership Forsyth Class of 2005, a member of North Lanier Baptist Church and an Awana's leader at North Lanier.
